Al Ghadeer Parks

Al Ghadeer Parks is a new residential development by Aldar, located within the established Al Ghadeer community between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The project offers a collection of contemporary 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses and 4-bedroom villas, designed for comfortable family living surrounded by greenery and nature. The master plan is focused on openness, walkability and the harmonious integration of private residences with landscaped surroundings. Residents have access to a swimming pool, splash pad, sports courts, play areas, a community centre, event lawn, shaded walking trails and dedicated stargazing areas. An important addition to the community will be Al Ghadeer British School, located within the neighbourhood. Thanks to its strategic location between the UAE’s two largest cities, Al Ghadeer Parks combines the tranquillity of suburban living with convenient access to Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s key business, educational and lifestyle destinations. It is a thoughtfully designed community created for families, connection and a life surrounded by nature.
