New Project by Qube Development

New Project by Qube Development is set to bring a new address to one of MBR City's most desirable waterfront settings. Positioned beside the water, the project will offer direct access to the lagoon and a waterfront promenade, creating a setting where residents can enjoy the appeal of lakeside living close to the city. Downtown Dubai is around 15 minutes away, keeping its destinations within convenient reach while the waterfront location offers a more relaxed atmosphere. Further details about the residences, amenities and design are yet to be announced. For now, the setting is the headline: a sought-after MBR City location, direct lagoon access and a promenade along the water, all from a new development by QUBE Development.
