Richmond Residences

Mira Developments unveiling Mira Coral Bay, the world’s first luxury waterfront community, set on the picturesque shores of Al, Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah. With a masterplan design that has not been seen before, this is set to be one of RAKs most premium waterfront destinations. Mira Coral Bay is developed in partnership with Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah’s master developer behind large-scale government-backed development projects across the emirate. At Mira Coral Bay, life naturally moves towards the water, from private beaches and swimming pools to the yacht club and waterfront dining.

Richmond Residences– the first project at Mira Coral Bay community -translates the bold aesthetic of British fashion legend John Richmond into a collection of 293 fully furnished homes. Distinctive interiors combine the brand’s design language with contemporary comfort, while 5-star hotel-level services add a seamless hospitality experience to everyday living.

Private beach access turns the shoreline into part of everyday life, for an early swim, an afternoon in the sun or an evening beside the sea. The yacht club brings the sea into the social life of Mira Coral Bay, a place to arrive, depart, meet and spend time by the water. Hotels, restaurants, pools and hospitality services extend the experience of home across the wider community.
