Riviera Residences 2 is a waterfront development by MERED on Al Reem Island, in the heart of ADGM, Abu Dhabi’s new downtown. Designed by Swiss architecture studio Herzog & de Meuron, the project brings together architecture, landscaped spaces, water and city views. Its collection of 404 homes includes one to three-bedroom apartments, a duplex, Bay Villas, Sky Villas and a penthouse, with interiors featuring natural wood flooring, bespoke wardrobes, fully equipped kitchens and refined Mediterranean-inspired finishes.
Residents can enjoy 52,883 sq. ft. of resort-style amenities for wellness, sport, relaxation and family life. Facilities include pools, fitness zones, a padel court, spa and sauna, children’s play areas, lounges, dining spaces and an event hall with cinema. A waterfront promenade with retail and dining adds to the neighbourhood experience. Saadiyat Cultural District is around 10 minutes away, while Yas Island attractions, Abu Dhabi International Airport, beaches, malls and leading schools are within easy reach. Delivery is scheduled for Q2 2030, with a 50/50 payment plan and 5% booking.
